I’m a natural problem solver with more than 8 years of experience in strategy consulting and marketing. I have spent the majority my career applying human centered design and design thinking practices to develop and execute business strategies that balance customer experience with business value. I have substantial experience working on cross functional teams and alongside executives to solve challenges ranging from building product roadmaps, to redesigning organizations and operations, to running complex marketing-led change management programs.
